Job Title: Full Spectrum Doula
Location: New York, New York (Brooklyn)
Organization: In Grace Birth Collective
Position Overview:
In Grace Birth Collective is seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and professional Full Spectrum Doula to join our growing team in Marietta, GA. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience supporting clients through various stages of reproductive health, including pregnancy, birth, postpartum, loss, and fertility. This position requires a self-starter with a strong commitment to culturally competent care, reliability, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Prenatal Support: Conduct prenatal consultations, provide childbirth education, and create personalized birth and postpartum plans.
Birth Support: Attend births in various settings (home, hospital, birthing centers) and provide emotional, physical, and informational support during labor and delivery.
Postpartum Support: Offer postpartum care, including breastfeeding assistance, newborn care education, and emotional support for birthing individuals and families.
Loss Support: Provide compassionate care for clients experiencing miscarriage, stillbirth, or abortion.
Fertility Support: Assist clients navigating fertility challenges through emotional support and resources.
Adhere to In Grace Birth Collective’s protocols, including maintaining clear communication, punctuality, and adherence to professional standards.
Collaborate with other members of the birth collective and external providers as necessary to ensure comprehensive client care.
Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and services provided.
Qualifications:
Certification as a Full Spectrum Doula or equivalent experience (2-3 years minimum).
Proven ability to provide culturally competent care and a deep understanding of the unique needs of diverse communities.
Reliable transportation to serve clients in NYC and surrounding areas.
Strong interpersonal skills: personable, compassionate, and a good listener.
Professional demeanor and commitment to confidentiality.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Basic knowledge of holistic and integrative approaches to birth and postpartum care (e.g., herbal remedies, lactation support, postpartum rituals).
CPR certification
Experience with Social Media Content Creation (Reels, Informative and Educational Post)
Preferred Skills & Attributes:
Experience supporting clients in home birth and hospital settings.
Familiarity with African-centered or indigenous birth practices and ceremonies.
Ability to create and maintain nurturing, supportive relationships with clients and colleagues.
Commitment to ongoing professional development in reproductive health and justice.

Executive Assistant to Asha Edouard, CEO & Founder of In Grace Yoga Therapy
Job Type: Contract (Evaluated after 30 days for fit and performance)
Work Hours: 10 AM - 6 PM EST (15 hours weekly between the following times)
Location: Remote with occasional in-person duties (if applicable)

We are seeking a highly organized and intuitive Executive Assistant to support Asha Edouard, our CEO & Founder, in managing administrative tasks, maintaining professional communication, and ensuring smooth operations within the company.
Job Summary
As an Executive Assistant, you will work closely with Asha Edouard to manage daily administrative functions, coordinate travel arrangements, communicate with clients and team members, and handle sensitive information with discretion. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, accountable, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1.Act as the primary point of contact for Asha Edouard, managing correspondence and inquiries professionally and promptly.
2.Answer telephones, return phone calls, and manage emails efficiently.
3.Maintain Asha’s schedule, coordinate meetings, and send reminders.
4.Participate in weekly team meetings and provide updates on completed tasks.
5.Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights and securing lodging.
6.Ensure thorough documentation and organization of company records and important documents.
7.Provide support with sales inquiries and client communications.
8.Assist in managing projects and meeting deadlines in a timely manner.
9.Take feedback and constructive criticism professionally, making improvements as needed.
10.Work collaboratively with other staff members, ensuring smooth team operations.
11.Handle confidential information with professionalism, signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Non-Compete Agreement upon hiring.
12. Manage and maintain multiple calendars, including travel, birth calendar, workshop calendar, and time-off/vacation calendar.
13. Maintain professionalism at all times. Unprofessional behavior will be addressed once, and if continued, the contract will be terminated.
Requirements & Qualifications
1. Must have prior experience working with CEOs and COOs; this is not a beginner role.
2. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
3. Excellent professional communication (verbal and written).
4. Ability to take initiative, be accountable, and meet deadlines.
